Zarkos is a tertiary antagonist in the 2002 film Scooby-Doo. He is a luchador who serves as N' Goo Tuana's partner and Scrappy-Doo's minion. He was portrayed by Sam Greco.

Zarkos is a cocky and imitating wrestler who serves as N'Goo's partner and Scrappy-Doo's minion on the intend of taking over Spooky Island and the world. Even though he particularly abducts Daphne, she manages to break free and overpowers him to the state of showing defeat and quake when she ultimately defeats him.
Physical appearance[]
Zarkos is a very muscular man, with blue eyes. He wears a wrestling costume, consisting of shorts, a belt, and a mask covering most of his face. His muscular physical appearance makes him very attractive yet also gives him a foreboding and intimidating presence.
Appearance[]
Zarkos is first seen with N'Goo Tuana during their act towards the tourists who arrived to Spooky Island.
Then, he is next seen trying to capture the gang when they stole the Daemon Ritus before they sneak into disguises in order to lose the tail of Zarkos and the henchmen in the castle.
Later on, he captures Daphne along with the Daemon Ritus and removed her protoplasm from her body, and a let a demon posses her body. He is then next seen during the final battle when he fights Daphne - who is no longer possessed, before he gains the upper hand and threw her onto his back in an Argentine back-breaker. However, Daphne broke free from his grip by biting his hand, and overpowers him by knocking him over the well. Daphne then makes her finishing move on the trembling Zarkos by karate kicking him down into the loose well beams, and knocks over the pool of souls when he fell on it, causing the souls to be set free and obliterated the demons when exposed to sunlight. He was last seen with N'Goo and Scrappy, being arrested for their crimes.
