Samuel Michelangelo Rosenbaum, also known as Yosemite Sam, is one of the main antagonists of Looney Tunes franchise. He was created because Elmer Fudd was considered very soft and Friz Freleng needed a tougher figure to face Bugs Bunny.

Yosemite Sam was a mentor at Acme Looniversity, teaching Exploding Cakes. He is the mentor and favorite teacher of Montana Max, who is similar to Sam. They both hate rabbits, have a bad temper, and are usually loud, with no indoor voice at all. But, at certain times, they are calm.
