The Winkie Guards are the Wicked Witch of the West's foot soldiers from The Wizard of Oz.

They are mostly known for their infamous chant, which goes, "Oh-Ee-Yah! Ee-Oh-Ah!". They mostly guard the Castle Grounds.

Personality

The Winkie Guards are loyal and obedient to the Wicked Witch. After the witch's death, they are eventually shown to be grateful towards Dorothy when she accidentally splashed water onto her.

Live-action productions

The winkie guards were first shown to be throwing spears at Toto while he escapes from the witch. The guard were shown to be singing the chant as they guard the gate. All three guards were shown to sneaking up towards the Scarecrow, Tin Man and the Lion then they fight them and stole their clothes. The Winkie Guards were shown to be chasing Dorothy and her friends while escaping then they blocked them with their spears. The winkie leader expressed deep shock upon seeing the witch's death and Dorothy that she killed her. Then the guards bow down to Dorothy for defeating the evil witch.
