Winifred "Wendy" Torrance is a fictional character in Stephen King's 1977 novel The Shining, and it's 1980 film adaptation, and the wife of Jack Torrance, and the mother of Danny Torrance.

Wendy is first seen talking with the nurse about Danny and his imaginary friend, Tony.
