Tweety's High-Flying Adventure is a video game developed by Kotobuki System and published by Kemco, released on December 4, 2000 for Game Boy Color. The game is based on the film of the same name.
Plot[]
The weather in London is bright and sunny for once, but the smiles of English children are nowhere to be found today, because Colonel Rimfire has closed their favorite park down. When Granny hears about this, she goes to the Colonel and asks him if there is any way that the curmudgeon will reconsider. And there is, but only one. Granny must prove that her precocious bird Tweety is smarter than the cats of the world, and to do this, he will have to set out on a globe-trotting journey, collecting 80 paw prints in 80 days to save the park from the rigors of paving. Is Tweety up for this around-the-world challenge?
Gameplay[]
You control Tweety as you attempt to make your way through ten different worlds in search of the 80 prints. But the paw prints aren't just scattered about. Tweety will actually have to knock out the cats that they belong to in hopes of obtaining them! While he doesn't have his own attack moves, he does have abilities that will help him obtain weapons like mallets and plunger guns from the chests that are littered about the different worlds. He can jump and super jump, and he can even fly with a rapid tapping of the B button after leaping into the air.
Tweety's High-Flying Adventure includes a two-player mode where you and a friend can see who can obtain three paw prints in a given area first. Also included is a tutorial on how to control Tweety. This game is available only on the Game Boy Color, and features battery back-up for saving your progress.
