It is the team name for Michael Jordan and the Tunes when they were going to play a basketball match against Monstars in Space Jam while it was same name for LeBron James and a bunch of tunes basketball team against the Goon Squad in Space Jam: A New Legacy.

Appearance[]
For Space Jam there team uniform is white jersey with blue lining and the Tune Squad Logo and white shorts with blue lining though for Michael's, Stan's and Bill's it has a red lining between the blue lining with the Tune Squad T logo on the left side.
In Space Jam: A New Legacy there uniform for upgraded there uniform became light blue with blue and red lining for all of them. They have a new Tune Squad sign with a new Looney Tunes circle logo on the side.

The Tunes challenge the Nerdluckings which try to win because if they don't than the Tunes will be taken to Mr. Swackhammer Moron Mountain and be attractions. But when the Nerdluckings took the talent of a few basketball players the Tunes abduct and recruit Michael Jordan to help them win. In
At the game Monstars was winning on the first half thus the Tune Squad's own morale got lowered. During halftime, Stan spies on the opposing team and he learns how the secret of Monstars obtain their basketball talent and tells the Tune Squad. Bugs disguise a bottle of water as "secret stuff" so that he and Jordan can motivate the Tune Squad, that in the second half they improved by using their cartoon physics.
During a time-out, Jordan raises the stakes with Swackhammer: if the Tune Squad wins, the Monstars must relinquish their stolen talent, and if the Monstars win, Jordan will become a new Moron Mountain attraction.
During a time-out that Mr. Swackhammer in the game, Jordan did the raising the stakes by the Monstars must give back their stolen talent to the NBA players they stole from if the Tune Squad win, and Jordan will become a new attraction at Moron Mountain if the Monstars win.
The Monstars ended up injuring most of the Tune Squad on Swackhammer orders so the Tune Squad is down by one point and one player with only Jordan, Bugs, Lola, and Daffy still able to play and 10 seconds bing left. But somehow Murray joined the team while unexpectedly arrived. In the last few seconds, Jordan gets the ball with Murray's assistance but he was pull back by the Monstars though thanks to Bug’s advice Jordan use cartoon physics to extended his arm and achieved a slam dunk thus winning the game. Tune Squad won with 78 points against Monstars 77 points.
Space Jam: A New Legacy[]
LeBron recruit the Tunes to help rescue his son Dom James from Al-G Rhythm. At the basketball game the Tunes became CGI models and LeBron return to his normal self when Al-G upgraded them. Al-G summoned the entire Serververse to view the game as well livestreams it which allowed Al-G abducted thousand of civilians including LeBron family from the real world into Server-verse and make the stakes higher that if LeBron lose the game the Tunes will be deleted and the civilians will be trapped in Server-verse forever.
The Goon Squad dominated the first half by using their own upgrades to score extra points. At the break The Goon Squad easily dominate the first half of the game due to them using their powers to overcome the Tune Squad to score extra points and the Tune Squad playing in LeBron way. During the break, Sylvester attempts to recruit Michael Jordan, who previously help them beat the Monstars and Mr. Swackhammer years ago, but accidentally locate Michael B. Jordan instead. LeBron realizes his mistakes and allow Bugs to devise the strategy for the second half, allowing them to play their own way and use their cartoon physics to catch up to the Goon Squad. During a respite, LeBron confront Dom to apologies to him and tells Dom he no longer wants to stand in the way of his dream. Al-G took over the Goon Squad and uses his abilities to take control of the game as well as strengthen himself. Dom realizes they can stop AL-G from controlling the game by using the glitched move, the Step Back glitch, LeBron accidentally used in the Dom Ball game earlier because remembered how it crashed the game. But then Dom remembers afterwards that the user that uses this glitch move will get permanently deleted too. LeBron volunteers because he thinks since he’s a real person he won’t get deleted.
But Bugs performed the move, sacrificing himself and LeBron use the extra jumper to score the final point but it it didn’t last long so Dom tossed LeBron a jump pad to help out LeBron thus winning the game and posturizing Al-G that erased him forever as well as deleting the Goon Sqaud. The James family and the abducted spectators went back to the real world.

- While in Space Jam it was a normal basketball game that the Tune played, in Space Jam: A New Legacy the baseball game that the Tune Squad were in is a video game-esque because Al-G uses Dom James basketball video game called Dom Ball codes to make that basketball game.
- In Space Jam Daffy was a player while in Space Jam: A New Legacy Daffy acts as "coach".
- In Space Jam: A New Legacy Gossamer, Granny and Dom replaced Daffy, Barnyard Dawg and Pepe from the original team from Space Jam.
