Tom Ruegger (born April 4, 1956) is an American writer, producer, and director. His career got its start at Hanna-Barbera in the 1980s, writing for Snorks and Scooby-Doo. However, he is best known for his work at Warner Bros. Animation in the 1990s, having created Tiny Toon Adventures, Animaniacs, Pinky and the Brain, Road Rovers, and Histeria!, and also writing for Taz-Mania, Batman: The Animated Series and Freakazoid!
