Her full physical appearance is never shown as the Witch had been crushed to death by Dorothy's house. However, from her remains, she is shown to have long legs while wearing a pair of a stockings (usually striped in most adaptations). She also wears a pair of sparkly silver shoes (red in most adaptations) which are then removed and gifted to Dorothy, causing her feet and entire body to disappear, signifying the Witch's death.
