Spencer Locke is an American actress. She is best known for her roles as Jenny Bennett in the 2006 animated horror film, Monster House, and as K-Mart in the Resident Evil films.

Spencer Locke initially starred as Bitsy Johnson on Season 1 of the Nickelodeon sitcom Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide before starring as Candida Keegel in Phil of the Future.
Aside from cameos in TV shows, she also had lead and supporting roles in films, mostly horror films; she had a lead role (alongside Mitchel Musso and Sam Lerner) as Jenny Bennett in Monster House, and also starred as K-Mart, a girl discovered in the ruins of a K-Mart, in the Resident Evil films.
