- Because the cartoon has no dialogue, the European Turner dubbed print preserves the original Blue Ribbon 1951-52 ending card. However, the USA Turner dubbed print for reasons unknown, does not keep the Blue Ribbon end card.
- The European Turner print has blue borders while the USA Turner print has red borders.
- The reissue print is copyrighted MCMXLIV, instead of MCMXLI.
- This is the first cartoon to use the purple-blue Color Rings.
- Though the European Turner print uses the original ending card, CN Spain and other recent airings of this short in Europe actually use the 1995 ending card instead. [1]
