Revalee Guy "Rev" Chaney was an American animator who worked for Leon Schlesinger Productions and UPA.
Biography[]
Chaney was a native of Los Angeles and an art student at the ArtCenter College of Design when he accepted a position in 1937 at Leon Schlesinger Productions, where he worked for Tex Avery and Bob Clampett. Chaney worked as an animator, a gag man, and story developer for twenty dollars a week.[1] He later left Warner Bros. to work for UPA as an assistant production manager.[2]
