Regime Soldiers are the army of Superman's Regime, They are very trained and enhanced human soldiers that serve as the backbone of the Regime.

Regime Soldiers first appeared when the Alternate Batman defeated Joker in a fight when they arrived on the Regime Earth, They ordered Batman to surrender or will be shoot, Batman quickly manage to knock them all out with a sonic disruptor and escape, the Joker also hijacked a Regime vehicle and escape.
They appear again saluting Superman and Wonder Woman as they arrived in Ryker's island to interrogate Batman.
Regime Soldiers later invade Joker Clan Asylum, the Soldiers are led by Hawkgirl and Damian Wayne in an attempt to destroy and eliminate the Clan, but the Soldiers are knocked out by the arrival of Batman and the alternate versions of Aquaman, Wonder Woman, and Green Arrow, forcing Nightwing and Hawkgirl to retreat.
The next major appearance of the Regime Soldiers is at the battle of Ryker's Island against the alternate Aquaman's Crab Beasts.
After this moment, Superman decides to use his army to level Metropolis and Gotham City. Sinestro is later seen giving a rallying speech to a large battalion of Regime soldiers before preparing to execute traitors still loyal to Luthor, though the Flash intervenes at the last moment, stealing their weapons.
The Soldiers began their attack on Metropolis and Gotham City, aided by Aquanman and his army, though they are combated by Batman's Insurgency and more Luthor loyalists. Eventually, the arrival of the alternate Superman forces the entire army back, and after their leader is defeated, the army is disassembled and the soldiers presumably arrested alongside their leaders.
