Quantum Eigenstate Device is a a quantum-powered nuclear bomb that possessed enough power to destroy the entire Earth created by Owlman and the Crime Syndicate of America in the 2010 American animated Warner Bros Animations and DC Entertainment superhero film, Justice League: Crisis on Two Earths.

Quantum Eigenstate Device was created to possess enough power to destroy the entire Earth by causing a large explosion that engulf the entire Earth as seen when the device exploded in the barren frozen wasteland of an Alternate Earth.
History[]
Owlman had aided the Crime Syndicate of America to construct the Quantum Eigenstate Device, It's original purpose was to blackmail the Governments of Earth into surrendering, but Owlman after researching about parallel worlds and for every choice made there was another Earth out in the multiverse where the opposite choice had been made. He came to the conclusion that nothing really matters and changed QED purpose by intending to take the QED to Earth Prime, a lifeless Earth that other Earths in the Multiverse are connected to. Owlman believed that if he detonated the QED on Earth-Prime, It will cause a chain of reaction that would destroy all other parallel Earths in the Multiverse.
However, the mission came to a failure after Batman tried to stop him from detonating the bomb, Batman and Owlman fought but Batman ultimately won by using Owlman's quantum teleporter device to transport both Owlman and the QED to another Earth that is frozen and uninhabitable. Owlman has the option to abort the device but true to his nihilistic ideology, Owlman smiles and calmly states "It doesn't matter." the QED then detonated that killed Owlman and Destroyed the Alternate Earth.
