The Powerpuff Girls Xtreme were a large number of chemically deficient Powerpuff facimilies who were branded as products. They were made by Dick Hardly in the episode "Knock It Off".

The Nature of their compositions is largely unknown but is likely semi-mechanical.

Biography[]

Initially, the Powerpuff Girlz Xtreme appeared like their progentiors the Powerpuff Girls albeit with slightly off proportions. However after Dick stopped using the proper amount of Chemical X and other needed materials and correct procedures make them, they became more severley deformed.

This was to go as far as having some of the Powerpuff Girlz Xtreme to be created possessing block-like-heads, lacking hair, missing body parts such as eyes or more commonly torsos or arms. and some getting so poorly made that they became giant eyes with torsos. Several instances appear with oddly curved limbs or heads.

Due to their poor quality, their limbs often fall off of their bodies, with some of them falling apart just by getting pulled out of their boxes. It appears that they struggle to maintain life with such a low quantity of resources.

Some of the most deformed ones got left at Dick's factory to be melted down for more Chemical X. After Professor Utonium begs Dick to stop extracting the Chemical X from the real Powerpuff Girls and both confess their love for each other for the final time, this sparks the reject girls' minds into knowing that Dick never gave them love.

The rejects turn against him, cling to his body, and sacrifice themselves to consume Dick in an inferno. However, a few of the rejects that survive release the girls, now dying from being completely drained of their Chemical X, and they ask the Professor to take the girls and escape before it's too late. The survivor rejects died and were burnt alongside Professor Dick in the factory.

List of Powerpuff Girlz Xtreme instances[]

Image Appearance Other Information
PPGX1
#1 appears almost identical to Blossom, save for some minor oddities in her appearance. Her hair appears to be rough and fibrous, showing little reaction to the wind, and her bangs are parted in the center in a way that closely resembles that of Bubbles. Her torso appears to be disproportionately short and her legs long. Her eyes often appear unevenly crossed. Of the three sisters, #1 is the only one who appears to show different (albeit limited) facial expressions.
PPGX2
#2 appears almost identical to Bubbles, however her deformities appear to be much more evident than her sisters. Similarly to Bubbles, #2 has her hair in small pigtails, however they appear significantly higher on her head than those of her predecessor. Her bangs appear parted similarly to that of Buttercup. Her arms appear long and lanky, with her torso being equally disproportionately long, whereas her legs are short and stumpy. Her irises appear significantly smaller and her pupils more dilated than that of other Powerpuff Girls. She appears to always display the same blank, forward stare. #2 and her sisters, #1 and #3, were the first three instances of Powerpuff Girlz Xtreme made by Professor Dick. She and her sisters were presented by Dick to the government of New York. Soon afterwards, the three of them saved the tripping Wally Gator in New York City. "Let's be friends" appears to be all she is capable of saying.
Let's be Friends!
―#2

She is voiced by Tara Strong.

PPGX3
#3 appears almost identical to Buttercup, save for her pudgy and stout build (making her significantly shorter than the other Powerpuff Girls), as well as her bangs, which resemble those of Blossom. Her face appears to always display a mildly angry scowl. #3 and her sisters, #1 and #2, were the first three instances of Powerpuff Girlz Xtreme made by Professor Dick. She and her sisters were presented by Dick to the government of New York. Soon afterwards, the three of them saved the tripping Wally Gator in New York City. "Girl Power" appears to be all she is capable of saying.
Girl Power!
―#3

She is voiced by Elizabeth Daily.

PPGX4
#4 appears almost completely identical to Blossom, save for her bangs (which are missing Blossom's signature side frays, causing them to moreso resemble that of Buttercup), slightly increased height, and rounder, wavier hair. #4 is among the instances being constructed on the factory conveyor, no further information is known about her.

#6 appears almost completely identical to Bubbles, save for the fact that her hair is black. #6 is among the instances being constructed on the factory conveyor, no further information is known about her.
-7 coughing
#7 (also referred to as Buttercup by her package) appears almost completely identical to the original Buttercup, save for the fact that her hair is blonde. #7 is among the instances being constructed on the factory conveyor, she is seen being packaged at the end of the conveyor line, labeled as a Buttercup.
She is voiced by Elizabeth Daily.
PPGX8
#8 appears identical to #1, but with a more proportionate body. She appears to be wearing shoes of mismatched sizes. #8 is among the instances being constructed on the factory conveyor. Despite her resemblance to Blossom, the order of the boxes shown when #7 is packaged implies that she was packaged as a Bubbles.
PPGX9
#9 (or Bubbles, as she refers to herself) bears a resemblance to the original Bubbles, but with evident differences in her appearance. Her body appears disproportionately small in comparison with her head. Her hair appears similar to Bubbles, albeit shorter, with significantly smaller pigtails. She has three parts in her bangs, resembling that of Blossom. She possesses sectoral heterochromia (multiple iris colors in the same eye), she shares this feature with #10, of whom she is also grouped with. The outer rings of her irises appear pink, and the inner rings blue. #9, alongside #10 and #11, appears fighting Raja Jaja in India. #9 is the one ultimately responsible for Raja's defeat, kicking him off of a building and losing her right leg in the process.
Hello, it's Bubbles here to save you again!
―#9, identifying herself as Bubbles

She is voiced by Tara Strong.

PPGX10
#10 bears a resemblance to Blossom (of whom she takes the role of in her crew), but with highly disproportionate features and other minute differences. Her head is shaped as a long ellipsoid rather than a sphere. She possesses sectoral heterochromia, much like her partner, #9. The outer ring of her irises are green, and the inner rings pink. Her hair is smoothly parted at the center, and is scraggly in the back. She wears a very small bow on the crown of her head. Her arms are unusually long and lanky, and her left eye appears slightly smaller than her right. #10, alongside #9 and #11, appears fighting Raja Jaja in India. #10 punches him in the back of the head and appears cheerfully excited by the success of her attack.
We've got to save the world before bedtime!
―#10

She is voiced by Cathy Cavadini.

PPGX11
#11 bears a resemblance to Buttercup (of whom she takes the role of in her crew), but with odd distortions in her body proportion. She has noticeably round, defined cheeks and an undersized left leg. The frays of her hair are pointed sharply upward. #11, alongside #9 and #10, appears fighting Raja Jaja in India. Of her group, #11 is the one to make the first move, punching at Raja and subsequently causing her right arm to detach at the shoulder socket. She appears only mildly distressed by the lack of effectiveness her attack had.
"I think they're asking for a hiney whooping!"
―#11

She is voiced by Elizabeth Daily.

#47 has the build of most Powerpuff Girls. She has blue tinted off-white eyes and wears a matching dress. She has light blonde hair which is long and pulled back in a way that resembles that of Blossom, her bangs also resemble Blossom's. She wears a pale blue hairbow. Her eyes appear to laze to the sides in her default expression. In one scene, an animation error causes her to be depicted with a red hairbow instead of her signature blue one. It is possible that she simply changed clothes, as shown by the original Blossom, despite being born with them, Powerpuffs' hair accessories and other clothing items are not parts of their anatomy and are removable. #47 is among the newly sugar-deficient line being examined by Dick. She is labeled as "useless" by her creator, for unspecified reasons. She later appears watching the original Powerpuff Girls face off against a mutated Professor Dick.

She is the only Powerpuff Girlz Xtreme instance to display no noticeable physical abnormalities. #51 is among the newly sugar-deficient line being examined by Dick. Upon noticing her seeming flawlessness, she is deemed to be a waste of resources by her creator. Dick orders his factory workers to melt her down for her Chemical X. She presumably met her fate to Dick's Chemical X extractor due to his punishment, which he later tries to use on Blossom, Bubbles, and Buttercup.

Her sclera are a sickly yellow, her irises black, and her pupils a blood red color. Her teeth appear yellowed, and her top central incisors appear overgrown, resembling that of a rodent. He at first mistakes her for Blossom. Upon touching her, #96 turns around in shock at being touched, revealing her face and greatly startling the Professor. Later in the episode, when Dick's girls all turn on him, #96 laments her unloved childhood to her abusive creator as she approaches him, gearing to attack.
You never gave us love.
―#96

She is voiced by Cathy Cavadini.

X97
#97 is a clone of Blossom, She is shown to have large yellow irises and a yellow bow. Her ponytail is orange but her pangs are like Bubbles'. She appears to be missing one arm. #97 and the rest of the survivor rejects lift the dome up and tell the Professor to collect Blossom, Bubbles and Buttercup and leave before the factory is burned to the ground. She alongside the other survivors died on the lever when the professor and his daughters left the factory and the green fire spread throughout the burning building.

Trivia[]

  • Dick Hardly mentions that they only last 3-5 hours, meaning the ones that weren't killed when the factory was destroyed likely died anyway. However, #47 appears to have survived for multiple days, so it is possible that this defect was only present in the earlier versions.
  • The first set's only lines are (in order from Bubbles, Blossom, and Buttercup): "Let's be Friends!", "Prepare to be stomped!", and "Girl Power!" The ones that appear in India say "Hello, it's Bubbles here to save you again!", "We've got to save the world before bedtime!", and "I think they're asking for a hiney whooping!"
