Pop

Pop is the father of Dick Dastardly the Second the original Dick Dastardly from the original Wacky Races series and the grandfather of Dick Dastardly III, son/descendant of the original Dick Dastardly from the original Wacky Races series. He is originally voiced by Paul Winchell

In the 2017 reboot version of Wacky Races it is revealed that the Dick Dastardly who flew on World War I (voiced by Tom Kenny) was the father of the Dick Dastardly (presumably Dick Jr.) of the original Wacky Races series. In the new version, Dick Jr.'s son/desendant, Dick Dastardly III, does emerge victorious in one race (In the episode, "Grandfather Knows Dast") -- but only because the other racers let him win!
