Peggy Jones is the mother of Fred Jones and a supporting character from Scooby-Doo! Pirates Ahoy!. While on a pleasure cruise, she was kidnapped by Captain Skunkbeard and brainwashed by Mr. Mysterio into becoming Sea Salt Sally, a member of the ghost pirate crew.
Appearance[]
Peggy is a middle-aged woman, possibly in her early forties. She possesses a bit of a plumped build, with light skin, blonde hair that reaches down to her neck. While on vacation, she and her husband usually wear clothes usually associated with tourists (floppy hats, Hawaiian shirts, flip-flops, cargo shorts). She is almost always seen with her flashbulb camera hanging around her neck.
During their time attending a costume dinner party on the cruise, Peggy sported an exceptionally beautiful light-blue dress with short sleeves and a long skirt that reached down to to her feet, where a large white fluff surrounded them. Additional features to her dress included, two large fluffs on her shoulders, a light green sash wrapped around her waist, a necklace of pink pearls, two light green plastic bracelets on her left wrist, and a large eccentric hat fashioned from several different kings of fruits.
Personality[]
Peggy is a generally kind, social leader, optimistic, and bubbling person, who is also a very kind and doting mother towards her son, though she at times doesn’t realize she is smothering him. She also often applies this motherly instinct towards her son’s friends. Her favorite hobby is photography, so much so that she is rarely seen without a camera. She will, however, often take photos of others during inconvenient times, which often, unintentionally, annoys those around her.
