Nintendo is a Japanese multinational consumer electronics company headquartered in Kyoto, Japan. The company has produced many video games related to Disney, usually through development from its video game counterpart Disney Interactive. Nintendo itself, however, is not actually owned by Disney. Nintendo makes several famous and loved video games over the world such as the Super Mario, the Donkey Kong, the Star Fox, the Kirby, the Metroid, the F-Zero, the Animal Crossing, the Pokémon and The Legend of Zelda video game franchises. Nintendo also release some the most famous video game platforms (both home and portable) such as the Nintendo Entertainmen System (NES), the Super Nintendo Entertainment System (SNES), the Nintendo 64, the Nintendo GameCube, the GameBoy, the GameBoy Color, the GameBoy Advance, the Nintendo DS and the Wii, with the Nintendo 3DS and Wii U being its current systems on the market, all of which Disney games are playable on.
