Background

Description

He appears to be the assistant or vice President of Perfect Industries, owned by Peter Perfect from the original Wacky Races. But he wants to take over the company with the help of hired main villain from the original Wacky Races, Dick Dastardly and his Muttley, who will hire them when he takes over in reward. He would take over if Dick Dastardly wins the race and makes the other racers, even the children of Perfect and Penolope Pitstop, Parker and Piper lose the race.
