Mr. Mysterio is a hypnosis who convinced Biff Wellington that he was a famous pirate named, Captain Skunkbeard and used holograms to convince Mr. Wellington that the legend was real, and is one of the two main antagonists from Scooby-Doo! Pirates Ahoy!. His motive was to steal a gold meteor from the Bermuda Triangle.
