Mr. Dastardly

Richard Milhouse "Dick" Dastardly is the son/descendant of the original Dick Dastardly who flew on World War I from the original Dastardly and Muttley series. He is also the husband of Delilah Dastardly and the father of Richard Milhouse "Dick" Dastardly III. He is voiced by Paul Winchell
