Mr. Chubbikins is the Douglases' cat. He crawled across Dexter's keyboard and entered the code that activated the flaw in the Pinnacle Chip and turned Dexter into Freakazoid. He was voiced by Frank Welker.

Mr. Chubbikins makes a rare appearance outside the Douglas home, when Freakazoid is stroking him at his birthday party (in a parody of the opening scene of The Godfather).
