Plot[]
In 1980s Hollywood, action star Johnny Cage is preparing for his big break with the film Ninja Mime—until his co-star Jennifer Grey goes missing. With his assistant Chuck, he discovers a secret society led by demon Ashrah and her former cult, the Brotherhood of Shadows, who intend to use a mystical scroll and Cage’s godly blood to summon the Elder God Shinnok to Earthrealm. Cage, Chuck, and Ashrah fight through supernatural traps and betrayals, eventually sealing Shinnok’s portal and defeating the cult. Johnny proves his heroic worth, Chuck earns his own legacy, and Ashrah resumes her quest for redemption while Johnny returns to Hollywood fame.
