Miss Bon Bon is one of the main characters in the 2023 film Wonka.

Background[]

Miss Bon Bon is the loyal assistant and butler of Arthur Slugworth, the leader of the Chocolate Cartel and the main antagonist of the film. She works for Slugworth in his mansion and helps him run his chocolate business, which has a monopoly over the town where Willy Wonka lives.

Personality[]

Miss Bon Bon is a prim and proper lady who follows Slugworth's orders without question. She is courteous to everyone, even though she is a henchman of a criminal. She is also very efficient and organized, keeping track of Slugworth's appointments and affairs. She has a sweet tooth and loves chocolate, especially bonbons, which she always carries in her purse.

Physical Appearance[]

Miss Bon Bon is a middle-aged woman with fair skin, brown hair, and blue eyes. She wears a pink dress with white frills and a matching hat, gloves, and shoes. She also wears a pearl necklace and earrings, and a gold brooch with a bonbon design. She carries a pink purse with a bonbon-shaped clasp.

Role in the film[]

Miss Bon Bon is introduced in the film as Slugworth's assistant.

Trivia[]

  • Miss Bon Bon is played by British actress Freya Parker, who is best known for her roles in Jurassic World Dominion, The Nerves, and Late Night Mash.
  • Miss Bon Bon's name is a reference to bonbons, a type of chocolate confectionery that she loves.
  • Miss Bon Bon is one of the original characters created for the film and does not appear in the original novel by Roald Dahl or its previous adaptations.
