Michael Sasanoff (December 15, 1905 – December 19, 1984) was an American animator and writer.
Career[]
Sasanoff served in Bob Clampett's unit as a background artist after John Didrik Johnsen left for MGM in 1941. He also wrote several cartoons, including "What's Cookin' Doc?", "The Old Grey Hare", and "The Bashful Buzzard". After he left Warner Brothers, he moved into the advertising business and opened his own firm after moving to various agencies in the 1950s to the 1960s.[1]

Sasanoff died in Wilton, Connecticut, at the age of 79. He was survived by his wife Harriette, his two children Robert and Katharine, his two stepsons Michael and David, his sister Jeanette, and three grandchildren.[2]
