Michael Jeter (August 26, 1952 - March 30, 2003) was a Tony– and Emmy-winning American film, stage and television actor who played the drunken clown Norman Snively in the first Air Bud movie, and provided the voice of Runta in the Aladdin TV series. He also played Father Ignatius in Sister Act 2: Back in the Habit.
He is best known for playing Mr. Noodle's Brother, "Mr. Noodle", on the children's TV series Sesame Street. Jeter has also appeared in TV shows and movies such as The Polar Express, Touched by an Angel, Jurassic Park III and The Green Mile.
