King Colbert and Queen Tabitha are the minor characters of the 1994 Don Bluth's animated film Thumbelina. They are the rulers of the Vail of the Fairies, they are parents of their son Prince Cornelius and their daughter-in-law Thumbelina.

They are voiced by the late Kenneth Mars (voice of King Colbert) and the late June Foray (voice of Queen Tabitha)
