Katherine Elaine "Kath" Soucie (born February 20, 1967) is an American voice actress best known for voicing Betty, Phil, and Lil DeVille in Rugrats, Jetta in Clifford the Big Red Dog, Ingrid "Minx" Kruger in Jem, Maddie Fenton in Danny Phantom, Linka in Captain Planet and the Planeteers, Dexter and Dee Dee's Mom in Dexter's Laboratory, Sally Acorn in Sonic the Hedgehog, Fifi La Fume in Tiny Toon Adventures, Miriam Pataki in Hey Arnold!, and Lola Bunny in Space Jam. She is the current voice of Nibbles Mouse in the Tom and Jerry franchise since 2010.
