Kate Randall is a minor supporting antagonistic character in the television series Pretty Little Liars on Freeform.

She is the daughter of Isabel Marin and the step-daughter of Tom Marin. She is also Hanna Marin's stepsister.

Biography

Her mother Isabel Randall married Hanna's father Tom Marin. She is poised and brought up well and it is also mentioned that she is very good at sailing and horseback riding. In Season 2, Kate reveals to Hanna that she intends to make her life miserable, comparing her to a horse whose spirit she would like to break. However, eventually, she slips up in an attempt to hurt Hanna, exposing her true nature. She is pulled out from Rosewood High and hasn't been seen since. Her mother thought she deserved better than to go to Rosewood High School. Her step-father, Tom Marin agreed to pay her tuition for a private school, instead of Hanna's tuition fees.
