Plot[]
Colonel Rimfire, in his pink robotic elephant Ela, is hunting in the jungle. After Rimfire confuses a small rabbit for his target, he finds a note from Cool Cat stating that he has gone to Paris. Rimfire and the elephant arrive in Paris to learn that Cool Cat has entered the famous road race at Le Mans.
The colonel starts to attack Cool Cat, first by hopping onto the latter's car, but Cool Cat blasts a bullet back at him and tells him to get off his chariot. Rimfire then starts to "race" against Cool Cat and blasts many bullets and missiles at Cool Cat, but they either result in him getting blasted back or falling into a lake or chasm. After falling down the chasm, Rimfire lands on Cool Cat's car. Cool Cat attempts to make his escape, but Rimfire just tugs on his tail until they are both ejected out the exhaust pipe, and Ela manages to reach the finish line in Cool Cat's car.
Ela might've won the race, but Rimfire still tries to take down Cool Cat on foot. Cool Cat's last request is to light up what looks like a cigarette but is actually the fuse of a firework rocket that is placed onto Rimfire's back. After Rimfire lands, they find out that Ela had won the race, and Cool Cat runs away from the colonel in a polite request to continue their chase.
