Draco Malfoy[]
Harry takes an immediate dislike to Draco Malfoy upon first meeting him at Hogwarts when he treats Ron like scum and taunts some of the other students.
Cornelius Fudge[]
In between Harry's third and fourth years at Hogwarts, Cornelius Fudge has the utmost respect for Harry, thinking of him as a nephew. After Voldemort is revived, however, Fudge is frightened by the thought of it, and jumps to the conclusion that Harry was losing his mind; he smears Harry, as well as Albus Dumbledore, in the Daily Prophet, making them look like not-to-be-believed liars. This ultimately causes Harry to lose his respect for Fudge, seeing him for the corrupt, dishonest coward he truly is.
Bellatrix Lestrange[]
Dolores Umbridge[]
Harry and Dolores Umbridge both had a strong hatred for one another, because Umbridge is siding with Fudge's belief that Harry is a liar. She punishes him harshly for attempting to reveal the truth (she isn't as harsh as she is the novel in the film adaptation of Order of the Phoenix, although she viciously slaps him at one point in the film). Harry's dislike of Umbridge drives him to provide testimony against her, leading to her being imprisoned for life in Azkaban.
