Grifter the Ringmaster is the main antagonist of the 1964 animated movie Hey There, It's Yogi Bear. He and his henchmen Mugger and Snivley owned a Chizzling Brothers. Circus and he kidnapped Cindy Bear. Yogi and Boo Boo saved Cindy from the Circus and they escaped. Grifter was never seen again throughout the storyline after the Bears escaped.
