Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire[]
Gabrielle first appears alongside her sister doing cartwheels as the Beauxbatons students are welcomed into the Great Hall and are seen sitting with Cho Chang when Albus Dumbledore presents the Goblet of Fire.
She later attends the Yule Ball with Seamus Finnigan. During the Second Task, she is held in the Black Lake, along with Ron, Hermione, and Cho, as Fleur's hostage. However, Fleur is forced to sit the task out after getting captured by Grindylows. Thus, Harry ends up having to save both Ron and Gabrielle. After that, Gabrielle gets on friendlier terms with Harry and his friends. Gabrielle is next seen accompanying Fleur during the start of the Third Task.
At the end of the year and the tournament, following Dumbledore announcing Cedric Diggory's murder at the hands of a resurrected Voldemort, Gabrielle and Fleur find Ron sitting with Neville, Dean, and Seamus as they converse with another Beauxbatons student, and they each kiss him, then lead the Beauxbatons students to Madame Maxime's carriage.
Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1[]
Gabrielle is only seen briefly during Bill and Fleur's wedding. She doesn't make any further appearances after that.

Gabrielle seemingly becomes good friends with Ron after the Second Task; at the end of the school year, she and her sister Fleur kiss him on the cheek and forehead respectively as they say good-bye to him.
Hermione Granger[]
Gabrielle doesn't like Hermione that much, same as her sister, but when she warms up to Harry and Ron, she presumably sees Hermione as a friend as well.
