Drixenol Koldreliff (simply as: Drix) is a a red and yellow, boxy, and robotic cold pill who becomes Ozzy's best friend and Maria's love interest. He is the deuteragonist so the 2001 live-action/animated film Osmosis Jones. He is voiced by David Hyde Pierce in the original film, and by Jeff Bennett in the TV animated series Ozzy & Drix.

Trivia

• Drix, Auntie Histamine, Penicillin G, and Drixine are the only medications to be featured in Ozzy & Drix
• David Hyde Pierce was hired for the role of Drix because he was "the whitest white man" they could find.
• Drix had to be shown how to dance by Ozzy.
