Diggs is a main protagonist of Cats and Dogs: The Revenge of Kitty Galore. He is a German Sheppard police dog who was initially thrown off the police force because of his disobedience. He became a laughing stock to the other dogs. However he was recruited to join D.O.G H.Q. in order to defeat Kitty Galore by Butch, an Anatolian Shepherd Dog. After Kitty Galore is defeated he goes back to live with Shane Larson, his handler in the police force.
