Diedrich Bader is an American voice actor, actor, and comedian, who is probably best known for playing Oswald Lee Harvey in the ABC sitcom The Drew Carey Show.
For Warner Bros., he portrayed Hoss Delgado in the Cartoon Network series The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy and Peter Perfect in the 2017 reboot of Wacky Races. For the DC projects, he voiced the titular character in Batman: The Brave and the Bold, Zeta in Batman Beyond and The Zeta Project, Guy Gardner in Green Lantern: The Animated Series, Booster Gold in Justice League Action, Lex Luthor in Superman: Red Son, and Two-Face in Batman: Caped Crusader.
