Background[]
Development[]
Personality[]
Dickon is a kind, gentle soul with a talent for growing plants and communing with animals. Dickon is patient with Mary and Colin, though he does call out entitled, spoiled, or rude behavior when it is present. Once their behavior improves, he is delighted to be part of their social group. He supports their personal development by providing Mary with company and perspective and Colin by encouraging him to live his life instead of being cloistered indoors constantly.
