David Barry (born David Louis Siegel) was an American actor, comedian, entertainer and voice artist. He does voice work for Fleischer Studios, Famous Studios, Screen Gems, Warner Bros. Cartoons and DePatie-Freleng Enterprises.

For Looney Tunes, Dave Barry is best known for the cameo appearances of Humphrey Bogart, Frank Sinatra and other old time celebrities in cartoons such as Bacall to Arms, 8 Ball Bunny and Curtain Razor. He also voiced many nameless background characters, and is known for voicing Elmer Fudd and Elmer Fuddstone in the short Pre-Hysterical Hare because Arthur Q. Bryan was ill at the time and couldn't voice him.
