He's best known as the voice of Mr. Flea from ¡Mucha Lucha!, Omega Red from Hulk Vs, Red Menace from League of Super Evil, Hordak from 2002's He-Man and the Masters of the Universe, Superbook from Superbook 3D and Fine Print in My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic.
