Cement Larry is the main antagonist of Superhero Intern. He was voiced by Steven Blum.
Cement Larry was defeated by the International Hero League during nighttime and sent to jail. While at jail, he got a package from eBid. The package is laser glasses that make him escape jail. He encountered Tyler and Tyler’s strong prescription glasses deflected his laser and Larry got crushed by a building and sent to jail again.
