Bruno Jenkins is the tritagonist in the 1990 film, The Witches.

Bruno is described as being rude and cruel to animals where he burnt some ants with a magnifying glass and got into a fight with the protagonist. He is also shown to big eater, having a fondness for eating food, especially chocolate which causes him to get turned into a mouse.
In the film adaptations, Bruno is shown to be kind, friendly boy who is not very bright. While he is not highly intelligent, Bruno is able to recognize when something is amiss as he started getting uncomfortable when the disguised witches started laughing or when he noticed the Grand High Witch not showing the exact number of candy bars she promised him earlier. After being turned into a mouse, Bruno started becoming aware of the dangers around him, especially with his new form and size. He was also selfless and loyal as he was willing to help his new friends to stop the witches with their evil scheme to wipe out every child in the world.
