William Richard "Billy" Werstine is an American voice actor, best known for his numerous voice roles such as the main characters Ren Höek (after John Kricfalusi's dismisal) and Stimpy in the Nickelodeon series The Ren & Stimpy Show from 1991 to 1996; and Philip J. Fry, Hubert J. Farnsworth,and Dr. John A. Zoidberg in the Fox sci-fi sitcom Futurama from 1999 to 2013 and one of the current voices of Elmer Fudd and occasionally Bugs Bunny in various Looney Tunes incarnations (though he would switch with fellow voice actors, such as Jeff Bergman).
