Billy is a minor character in the 2001 animated/live-action hybrid movie Osmosis Jones. He is a supporter to Tom Colonic in his mayoral election against Mayor Phlegmming in the body of Frank DeTorre.

Appearance

Billy is a small cell boy wearing a purple hat, shirt, dark pants, and black shoes. He was later seen wearing a white neck brace.

Personality

Billy can be very helpful and kind when he's trying to help Colonic for the re-election. When he's watching Mayor Phlegmming saying his report, it's shown that Billy doesn't like the mayor just like Colonic and his friends.

Role in the film

Billy is only briefly seen in Tom Colonic's campaign ad. He is seen again later on with a group of Colonic's supporters wearing a neck brace.
