Bill is a krill who lives in a swarm in the Antarctic Circle. He appears from the film Happy Feet Two. When his boyfriend, Will, discovers that krills are on the bottom of the food chain, Bill restlessly follows after him to convince him to go back to the swarm.

Since Bill is a krill, he looks similar to Will and all the other krill. He has an orange body, orange eyes, two antennae and tiny legs. He some sounded dead inside in the end of the movie. Just like the others. In his words: "We are krill. We are meant to look the same."
