Some thought the character is Toodles Galore, expect Toodles is white (sometimes light gray), while this character is glaucous (moderate grayish-blue color).
This character resembles Dollface, a recurring character in The Tom and Jerry Show (2014) that first introduced in the third season episode, Frenemies, more than twelve years later after Beach Bully Bingo was first aired on The CW and have appeared in three episodes in the second season of Tom and Jerry in New York as more of a silent cameo character.
Both are glaucous female cats who are very attractive and are love interests.
However, this cat is way more weirdly humanoid-looking than Dollface and most other cats in general for some reason.
