Arthur Harold Babitsky (8 October 1907 – 4 March 1992), better known as Art Babbitt, was an American animator. He is best known for his work at Walt Disney Animation Studios. After the 1941 Disney animators' strike, he briefly moved to Leon Schlesinger Productions where he spent one month working in Bob Clampett's unit on several cartoons including "The Wise Quacking Duck", where he animated Daffy Duck stripteasing, and "Coal Black and de Sebben Dwarfs", which by coincidence was a parody of the film on which he worked.
