Andrea Carmichael, nicknamed Andy, is a major character in the 1985 film, The Goonies. She is the love interest of Brand Walsh who joins him, his brother, and their friends on a quest to find pirate treasure.
She is played by Kerri Green.

Andy has long, wavy red hair and green eyes. She wears a white tennis outfit and a pair of white Nike sneakers. She also wears Troy Perkins' yellow letter jacket up until she ditches it in the Moss Garden Wishing Well.
During cheerleader practice, she is seen wearing a purple and yellow windbreaker with a pink shirt, pink shorts, gray sweatpants, and pink legwarmers.
Role in the film[]
She is then taken hostage by the enemies, but she is almost immediately saved by Brand and that is precisely why she falls in love with him. Although she is terrified of everything she manages to overcome her fears.
