Doctor Aloysius Animo is a major villain in Ben 10. His purpose was to create new specimens and get rich although his genetic experiments were illegal and he wound up in jail. When he broke free from prison he starting mutating animals into his sidekicks and even tried to use the Omnitrix for more power.
