It would include guest appearances from Sy's family members such as his brother Murray, his sister Mirielle, and great-niece Hannah. It would even include familiar faces such as King Shark, Aquaman, Mera, Hal Jordan, Guy Gardener, and John Stewart of the Green Lanterns, Kite Man, Poison Ivy, Harley Quinn, Selina Kyle, James Gordon, Harvey Bullock, Dick Grayson, Bruce Wayne, Lex Luthor, Perry White, Jimmy Olsen, Lois Lane, and Clark Kent. It would be focused on the characters who are well-known to the Mortal Kombat franchise such as Johnny Cage, Sonya Blade, Liu Kang, Scorpion, Sub-Zero, Shang Tsung, Raiden, Jax, and Kitana. The voice actors for them would include Joel McHale, Jennifer Carpenter, Jordan Rodrigues, Patrick Seitz, Steve Blum, Artt Butler, Dave B. Mitchell, Ike Amadi, and Grey Griffin respectively.
